1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y555 ("y555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the y555 website at y555.club and all associated products including cricket betting markets, y555 Casino live dealer games, slots, Diamond Tycoon, Ludo Quick, and any other services offered by y555.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the y555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You are acting in good faith and not for the purpose of exploiting errors, price anomalies, or system vulnerabilities.

y555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) y555 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or device fingerprints — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited at y555's discretion.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: y555 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani players includes:

• A clear, legible photograph of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and reverse sides.
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your CNIC.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required — for example, a screenshot or photograph confirming your name matches the JazzCash or Easypaisa account used for deposits.

You are responsible for keeping your y555 account login credentials confidential. y555 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared or compromised your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorised access to y555 immediately via [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

y555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the y555 deposit page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. y555 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source of funds checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.

Important conditions relating to withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or failed KYC cannot withdraw.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• y555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your registered identity.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting on y555 — including cricket, PSL markets, international fixtures, UFC, and all other covered sports — is subject to the y555 Sports Betting Rules in effect at the time the bet is placed. All casino games, slots, and original games on y555 are subject to the rules of the specific game as presented within the game interface.

y555 reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed or recorded.
• Events abandoned, postponed, or ruled void by the relevant sporting authority.
• Evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular play affecting the integrity of an event.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event where live in-play betting was not offered for that specific market.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

y555 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. General bonus conditions applicable across all y555 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonus credit constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are detailed within each individual promotion's terms.
• y555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without advance notice.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently reversed or refunded due to a technical error or void event will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk — is considered abuse and will void associated bonus winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y555. Engagement in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds without exception:

• Registering more than one y555 account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access y555 services or place bets on your behalf without manual human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs to obtain a financial advantage over y555.
• Colluding with other players or internal employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Money laundering, fraudulent payment activities, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to circumvent a previously imposed self-exclusion by registering a new account under any identity.
• Any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Pakistani law or international law.

8. Responsible Gaming

y555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. y555 provides the following tools to support players in maintaining control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per defined time period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic session duration notifications can be enabled to alert players to the time spent gaming.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the y555 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to betting losses, service interruptions, technical errors not resulting in incorrect outcomes, third-party payment processing delays, or any force majeure events outside y555's reasonable control.

y555's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

y555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where y555 reasonably determines that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance of bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method net of any amounts owing to y555, subject to KYC verification being complete.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to y555's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising between you and y555 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with y555 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of y555's operating jurisdiction. Pakistani players acknowledge that by using y555 they are accessing an internationally operated platform and that Pakistani domestic courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes relating to y555's operations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

y555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via SMS or email at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of y555 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
